Returns

We hope you love what you bring home from Stonehouse.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Stonehouse reserves the right to deny a return if an item appears to have been used or damage.

The original form of payment must be present for a return.

Exceptions

Exceptions to our return policy include the following:

Vintage rugs have a 2 day return policy and a $50 restocking fee.

Paint, beverages, specialty foods, holiday decor, furniture, and sale items are final sale. , 

Gift Returns

If an item was received as a gift, store credit will be issued.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to hello@stonehousemarket.shop, and we’ll take care of it promptly. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
