Refunds & Returns

We hope you love what you bring home from Stonehouse. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Stonehouse reserves the right to deny a return if an item appears to have been used or damage.

Exclusions to the above policy are paint, beverages, specialty food items, holiday décor, and special sale items. All of these items are final sale.

The original form of payment must be present for a return. If an item was a gift, store credit will be issued.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to hello@stonehousemarket.shop, and we’ll take care of it promptly. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
