We hope you love what you bring home from Stonehouse.

If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Stonehouse reserves the right to deny a return if an item appears to have been used or damage.

Final Sale Items

Paint, beverages, specialty foods, holiday décor, seasonal items, furniture, and sale items are final sale.The original form of payment must be present for a return.

Gift Returns

If an item was received as a gift, store credit will be issued.

Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to hello@stonehousemarket.shop, and we’ll take care of it promptly. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
